2. Order Confirmation

Your order will be considered confirmed only after:
• Successful payment (full or advance, as applicable).
• Verification of your order details.
• Acceptance by iColours Web Solutions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, fraudulent transactions, or other valid reasons.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GST and other applicable taxes, if any, will be charged separately unless specifically mentioned.
• Prices may change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payment Terms

• Website development projects generally require an advance payment before work begins. (full or advance, as applicable).
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or delayed project delivery.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of digital services:
• Payments made for consultation, design, development, SEO, digital marketing, software development, hosting, domain registration, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and taxes where applicable.
• Domain registrations, hosting services, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses, premium plugins, themes, and API subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
• Timely submission of content, images, and approvals by the client.
• Additional feature requests.
• Third-party service delays.
• Technical issues beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Supply all required content, images, logos, and documents.
• Respond to approval requests promptly.
• Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

8. Revisions

Projects include only the revisions specifically mentioned in the selected package or proposal. Additional revisions or change requests may incur extra charges.

9. SEO Disclaimer

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) improves website visibility but no company can guarantee specific rankings or first-page positions on Google or any search engine. Rankings depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:
• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Google services
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• WhatsApp Business
• Email service providers
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these providers.

11. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and custom-developed content created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• iColours Web Solutions retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, reusable code libraries, and internal methodologies.

12. Support & Maintenance

Technical support is provided only according to the purchased support or maintenance plan. Future updates, enhancements, or additional features may be chargeable.

13. Limitation of Liability

iColours Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses including loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from the use of our services.

14. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for providing our services, billing, support, and legal compliance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Latur, Maharashtra.
